What We Do We provide outpatient physical therapy to seniors with Medicare, but it is done in the patient’s home. This saves them the time, expense and hassle of driving to the clinic and makes therapy more accessible. We are certified Medicare Part B providers that specializes in geriatric physical therapy. We are not a home health agency, so the patient does not need to be homebound like they do in home health. Our visits are typically an hour long, 2-3 times a week and all the patient needs to get started is traditional Medicare or a Medicare Advantage PPO plan and a script from their doctor for outpatient PT. What Conditions We Treat We treat all physical conditions related to aging. Common treatment goals are for fall prevention, balance, coordination, weakness, dizziness, difficulty walking, and joint and muscle pain.
